If your property was listed for short term rental without your consent, your experience is not just personal. It is proof of a legal loophole harming Oklahoma homeowners.
Right now in Oklahoma, one co-owner, or even an estranged spouse can legally list a home as a short term rental without the consent of every deeded owner.
This loophole has exposed homeowners to financial risk, tax liability, and personal safety threats.
London's Law closes that loophole by requiring written consent from all deeded owners beforem a property can be listed on platforms like Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com.
If this happened to you, your story matters. And it may help change the law.
Only submit this form if:
• You are a deeded owner or legally documented co owner of the property
• The property was listed for short term rental without your written consent
• You are willing to provide documentation if requested
• You understand your submission may be shared with legislators or used in advocacy materialsIf you're interested in one of our open positions, start by applying here and attaching your resume.
